This modern, 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the left side of the ground floor of the house at Reiterkoppel 45b and can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a shower room with underfloor heating and a towel warmer.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the children's room has a bunk bed (140 x 200 cm on the bottom, 90 x 200 cm on top) and an additional flat-screen TV. A cot, highchair, and changing mat are provided.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

From the living room, you can access the spacious south-facing terrace with a garden, garden furniture, a sun lounger, a parasol, and a barbecue. A small playground is located approximately 50 meters away. A designated parking space and bicycle rental are available. Pets are not allowed.
