The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the right side of the ground floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 49a. The bright and modern apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment comprises a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (one for 2 people and the other for 3), and a bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.

The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi provided by a third-party provider.

A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months.

A modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area for up to 6 people is also available.

The bathroom with shower is modern and comfortably equipped. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail ensure a pleasantly warm shower experience. A hairdryer is located in the vanity unit. A roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with a clock radio. The children's room has a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140x200 cm and an upper bunk measuring 90x200 cm. The children's room also has a flat-screen TV. A cot, highchair, and changing mat are provided for our youngest guests.

From the living room, you can access the spacious south-facing terrace and garden.

For sunny afternoons and convivial barbecues, garden furniture, a sun lounger, a parasol, and a barbecue are at your disposal. Children can play freely at the small playground approximately 50 meters away. The apartment includes a private, designated parking space.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment.
