The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built house directly on the harbor of Lemkenhafen on the island of Fehmarn.

The apartment is modern and spacious, and is accessed via a beautiful granite staircase.

In the living room, both the sofa with chaise longue and the cozy dining area with bench seating offer a fantastic view of the harbor and Orther Bay. The large 55-inch Smart TV allows for satellite TV reception and access to popular streaming services via the internet. The elegant kitchenette features high-quality brand-name appliances (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer).

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two 90 x 200 cm mattresses). The windows offer views of the Baltic Sea with the Fehmarnsund Bridge and a partial view of the harbor. The 32-inch Smart TV allows for satellite TV reception and access to popular streaming services via the internet.

The combined living and sleeping area features a sofa bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. The window offers a view of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge.

The bathroom includes a washbasin, wall-mounted toilet, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Outdoor area:

The balcony (4.3 sq m), finished with high-quality Bangkirai decking, offers a stunning view of the harbor and Orther Bay. The glass-paneled railing provides protection from the wind on cooler days without obstructing the view of the Baltic Sea from your lounge chair.
