This approximately 49 m² apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building (elevator available) and can accommodate up to four people. The building is located at Stranddistelweg 6, just a short walk from the beautiful South Beach and the lovely marina.

The attractive apartment comprises a combined living/sleeping/dining area with a modern kitchenette, a comfortable dining and living area with a sofa and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There is also a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). You can relax in the modern bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The bright kitchenette invites you to cook and enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

There is ample crockery and cutlery provided (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.).

The living area is comfortably and modernly furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and dining area. A flat-screen TV is also provided.

From the living area, you can access the balcony, which offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Enjoy pleasant afternoons and relaxing evenings on this balcony. Balcony furniture and a parasol are provided.

The apartment also includes a designated parking space. Four-legged family members are welcome! Bicycles can be securely stored in a small bicycle room.

Thanks to the apartment's excellent location, you have many leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. For example, you can rent a boat at the marina, try stand-up paddleboarding, trampolining, swimming in the Baltic Sea, or, if the weather is bad, visit the "Fehmahre" adventure pool. The island's main town, Burg, can be reached by bicycle in just a few minutes.
