Our modern and comfortably furnished "StrandFein" apartment faces south and offers breathtaking views of the beach and the Baltic Sea.

Completely renovated in 2026, the apartment is located between the Burgtiefe marina and the long, maritime promenade along the south beach.

Free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 50 Mbps and a free private parking space in front of the building are available.

The building has an elevator, making it easy to reach the apartment on the first floor, even with heavy luggage.

The one-room apartment is 34 m² and includes a combined living/bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, a shower room, and a balcony.

The apartment features a new fitted kitchen, which was enlarged during the complete renovation in 2026 to accommodate a dishwasher, oven, four-burner induction cooktop, and a large refrigerator, while still providing ample workspace. Also included are a coffee maker, toaster, all necessary cooking utensils, a kettle, plenty of dishes, and much more.

The combined living/bedroom features a dining area with a view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. It also includes a 180x200 cm bed with two gel/micro-spring mattresses. A built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, a chest of drawers, and two storage units provide ample space for your belongings and suitcases. A sofa bed with a 148x195 cm sleeping area and a high-quality foam mattress offers an additional comfortable sleeping option. A 50-inch LED Smart TV is also provided.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A heated towel rail and a hairdryer are also provided.

The "StrandFein" apartment is equipped with convectors, allowing you to quickly heat the apartment at any time.
