The approximately 123 sq m semi-detached house offers space for up to 6 people and is ideal for the whole family.

The semi-detached house is furnished in a modern and exclusive style and features a large living/dining area with comfortable seating, a large dining table, satellite TV, and a wood-burning stove.

In the kitchen with its cooking island, you can cook to your heart's content and let your creativity run wild.

From the living/dining area, you can access the terrace and the garden.

The semi-detached house has three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom is located on the ground floor (suitable for seniors), and two further bedrooms are on the upper floor.

On the ground floor, there is a shower room with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

The top floor also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sauna, and a bathtub with a whirlpool function.

The terrace and garden are perfect for barbecuing, relaxing, and sunbathing.

If you'd like to play with your children, there's plenty of space on the large lawn.

The lawn also includes a heated outdoor pool with changing rooms and restrooms.

Parking spaces are located directly at the house.
