The approximately 75 m² holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the house at An der Reiterkoppel 3-5 and extends over two floors. The bright and modernly furnished apartment offers free Wi-Fi access via a third-party provider.

The apartment comprises a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (one for two people and one for three), and a bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.

The living room is both cozy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio, and a DVD player. A fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere year-round. Seasoned firewood and kindling are available to bring along if needed, but can also be purchased at the hardware store on Fehmarn.

A modern fitted kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

There is ample crockery and cutlery for all your needs (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; two dishwasher tablets are provided).

The bathroom with shower is modern and comfortably furnished. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail ensure a pleasantly warm shower experience. A hairdryer is located in the vanity unit. A roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival.

An ironing board and iron are also available.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). The children's room is located in the attic and is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). A travel cot with mattress, highchair, and changing mat are provided. The single bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm).

From the living room, you can step out onto a spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing. Garden furniture, a sun lounger, a parasol, and a barbecue are available for sunny afternoons and convivial barbecues. In addition, a garden terrace belonging to the holiday apartment is available to you.
