"7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. Highly recommend this host and their house!!Thank you again "

"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"excellent property, great value, good location. very clean. Only 1 minor issue and a couple of siggestions: we seen too many carpenter ants(large black) throughout the house. Suggestions: extra pillows and blankets and it might be helpful to have at least 1 grab bar in the tub/shower. We would stay here again when in the area. "

"While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area."

"Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. "Fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista mal humorada, de cara fechada, que não levantava a cabeça para falar. Também foi rude, deu respostas atravessadas e irônicas. Não deveria NUNCA estar trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. A recepcionista foi o primeiro sinal. O elevador estava quebrado “permanentemente”, e ela nos disse grosseiramente: peguem a escada. Ao chegar nos quartos (reservamos dois), os dois quartos cheiravam a mofo, o carpete tinha aspecto sujo e em um dos quartos havia uma poça, que parecia de urina. Desistimos do hotel na mesma hora, e fizemos o checkout duas horas depois, indo para um da rede Hilton. Desastroso, nas fotos parecia algo bem melhor. Não somos “cri-cris” nem demasiados críticos, essa foi a primeira vez que abandonamos um hotel dessa forma. Isso significa que a coisa realmente foi feia. Fujam."
