If you are planning to have non-registered guests, please inform us in advance with the following details: the number of guests, the approximate times they will be present, and the number of cars they will bring. Additional fees may apply, which we can negotiate based on the number of guests and the purpose of their visit.

No parties or smoking are allowed on the premises. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use the backyard. A $300 fee plus extra cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy, which may also result in immediate eviction and cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
