But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. "Every thing was great! Loved the pool and veey family friendly."

"Traveling with my sister, so we each had our own bed, which were very comfortable. The tub/shower combination was just fine, with shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner so bring your own! Thankfully, I had packed that anyhow. Location was most convenient for our running around and visiting friends and family. "The hotel Was fairly clean and location was good. The sink Freon didn’t drain well, there were no wash clothes either"

"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"Got there late, deep into the night. Doors were locked, properly, signage stated the office closed at a certain time. Just when I was about to search for who to call, the nighttime attendant came out to check us in. Perfect. The coffee was great. Thank you Hometown Red Roof Inn Puyallup."
