We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....
