"Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance.
1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

"Started off well, but unfortunately ended very disappointingly, with the host calling us names and hanging up on us. Despite trying to call and message afterward, almost a week later we still haven’t received a response.
Pros
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, and the beach was only steps away. The shower was extremely small, but otherwise we enjoyed the space.
Cons
We contacted the hosts because the fridge wasn’t cooling properly and were reassured it was working....
