"Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

"Excellent hotel overall. Loved the breakfast. It changes everyday and has good variation. They give you water and make great coffee. Pool is very nice and clean. Temperature was very good. Great sun beds (comfortable and many of them) and nice outdoor shower. Coffee machine in room was great. Balcony was great. The staff were friendly and welcome gift and departure gift was a nice touch. We loved the location- quiet but also only 5 minutes from the bustling promenade of Ipsos. Plenty of...
