"Does not look like the picture at all.... staff was friendly, but the room we got was small, it was affordable and walking distance to lost city of Tumbun. Have to catch Grab everywhere. "

"Wonderful and family friendly homestay. Overall great experience, friendly host, homestay are clean and cozy. Strategic location, easier access for grocery and food. My kid enjoy the pool facility too ☺️"

"Great location and definitely worth the cost. The apt views were breathtaking. Clean and very spacious. Very secure and check in process was very smooth. I would recommend staying more than 2 nights to full enjoy the amenities and water park."

"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. "I like everything. The staff are all nice and accommodating. The food at the Pomelo are so so good. The guy at the sky bar are friendly. I give him 10 out of 10 star"

Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...
