Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and Room with Bathroom. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (90 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and Room with Bathroom. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and Room with Bathroom. You have access to the balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, fireplace and dinette. You have access to the covered balcony to the covered terrace with garden furniture.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Valbandon. The villa is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
