The bedrooms include two large double beds and two rooms with two single beds, which can be arranged as needed. The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning in every bedroom, en-suite bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a BBQ grill. Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool surrounded by beach chairs and an outdoor shower, with the option to heat the pool for an additional fee.

Located in Stinjan, a suburb of Pula, the villa is within easy reach of beautiful beaches such as Hidrobaza (1.8 km), Lost Beach, and Puntizela, all renowned for their crystal-clear waters. Stinjan offers a range of restaurants, with Grill Bar Campo highly recommended for its delicious meat dishes.
