"Came down from Albuquerque for the weekend to explore Silver City and the Gila Forest. The Roadrunner is within a mile from downtown Silver City, and a great central location to be if you plan to visit the popular tourist attractions in the area! There is also a lovely view of the sunrise (see photo) right out the front door/deck with furniture! This quant home was very clean and modern, with all the amenities one could need! "Wonderful home in a fantastic location!! We walked everyplace! The house is SO cute! It was very clean and well stocked! The property manager was quick to respond to my questions. Easy check in and check out! Hopefully we will be able to stay at the Teacher’s Cottage again sometime! "

"Place was clean, well equipped for our stay"

"Quirky and cool house on a large lot with wonderful views of the mountains. Had a great time here with our kids discovering the Mimbres valley and the surrounding areas! House is showing its age a bit but no major issues and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!"

"Quaint cottage in the heart of Silver Springs. Easy access to everything and couldn't beat the location for Tour of the Gila. Small, but very comfortable. We loved the yard for our two large dogs. Had everything we could need, including a BBQ grill."

"The property/ neighborhood was very quiet. The property has a very tall fence for privacy. There was plenty of room for parking, turning around. We needed to reach the host for a minor issue which was quickly resolved. "

"Great location, even though the listing showed it in a different area and gave the wrong address, it was still close to where I wanted and I was able to find it by remembering the picture. Owner was very helpful and we arrived to a very clean, cozy cabin with a christmas tree which the kids loved! The kitchen was stocked although we had brought our own items, it was very helpful to have condiments and sugar and coffee. They also provided items to make smores!"

"Amazing stay! I am originally from Silver City and came to visit family. The location is in a quiet and scenic area, plus the accommodations are new. Everything you need was in the house including washer and dryer. The property managers were very nice and also helped me to extend my visit for an extra day. Will stay there again soon!"

"My son and I enjoyed our stay prior to start of Tour of the Gila. Very comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. Perhaps the highlight was watching the beautiful NM sunrise while showering - great way to start the day! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Silver City!"
