The villa features a spacious, bright living room where you can unwind and watch TV with access to standard channels and streaming platforms. The inviting dining area, open to the outdoors through a wide glass door, lets you enjoy meals with direct access to the sunny terrace.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need: oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as complete dishes and utensils.



For sleeping, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two with 160x200 cm double beds (one with a private bathroom), and a third with a 140x200 cm double bed. There is also an independent bathroom with shower, double sink, and towel heater.



Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace with open views of Fayence, furnished with a dining table and a gas barbecue for memorable moments with family or friends.



Set in a quiet, green environment, the villa offers privileged access to nature: the Siagne gorges, hilltop villages of the Pays de Fayence, hiking trails, and natural swimming spots. Shops and amenities are less than 10 minutes away, and the beaches of the Côte d’Azur are about 45 minutes by car.
