"Firstly I’d like to complement the staff on kindness and attention. The hotel also offers an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately I had to affirm that this hotel was the worst I have been to in the last 10 years. The draining of the rooms 19 e 46 wasn’t working and to add insult to injured I had my body completely bitten by bedbugs, which is the reason I’m writing down this report.
