Spacious two-room apartment in a trullo with a hot tub, perfect for two people and located in Borgo Lucia, a complex featuring a large shared garden equipped with a pool, parking, and a spacious patio with tables and chairs. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and lush hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari. The sea and the wonderful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away!



The 60-square-meter accommodations are located on the first floor of a trullo, with a separate entrance from the garden (1 step to enter) and is laid out as follows:



- Fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living area with dining table, armchairs, A/C fan coil, and smart TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, open closet, and A/C fan coil unit

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, whirlpool tub, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan coil heating, safe, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The garden, shared with the entire villa and other guests, is equipped with:

- Outdoor pool open from June 15 to September 30 (three steps to access it), equipped with a hammock, sun loungers, and umbrellas

- A patio furnished with tables and chairs

- A relaxation area with small sofas.



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

- One uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property’s parking lot

- The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please be aware that there are cameras in the common outdoor areas

- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a cash deposit of 50 EUR for the use of the keycard and towels

- Towels and bath towels may not be used outside the property

- The property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fasano.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

La Selva di Fasano is a hamlet in the municipality of Fasano, 6 km from the town center, situated at about 420 m above sea level—the highest elevation in the province of Brindisi.
