Villa de Bellis is a vacation villa nestled in the lush green countryside of Fasano, just a few minutes` drive from the center and the beautiful sandy beaches on the Adriatic coast.
The property is fully fenced. In the large garden there are relaxation areas, solarium and barbecue area in the shade of ancient olive trees. The villa is elevated a few grands above the garden and allows for exceptional sea views.
The large panoramic veranda is furnished with comfortable sofa for outdoor relaxing moments, but also with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interiors of Villa de Bellis are spacious and bright, with modern and refined furnishings. The entrance is into a spacious eat-in kitchen, from which there is access to the sleeping area and full shower room.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds.
The surroundings of Villa de Bellis in Fasano
Villa de Bellis is situated in the green Apulian countryside, among the ancient olive trees and the scent of the Mediterranean scrub. The district falls within the territory of Fasano, a beautiful town from which it is about 8 km away. At the same distance is the marina of Torre Canne.
The nearest town is only 2 km away, in the small village of Pezze di Greco.
The location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car other beautiful towns in the area, which are worth visiting, such as Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
