"Recommend"

"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. "Classic hotel with great staff"

"It’s my best experience at an ibis hotel. From the kindness of the staff to the hotel facilities, which were impeccable. I congratulate the reception staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud, who, from the moment he received me, treated me with great kindness, gently and he was ready to help with whatever I needed. Congratulations for all! I do recommend Ibis Sharq in Kuwait! "

"Everything was perfect "

"The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery. Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor "

"Need maintenance for sure and cleaning "

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"

"Very nice"

"Good"

"The location is good, near to the Cornish, however having limited parking spots, the Egyptian receptionist was not friendly, the breakfast buffet was not bad, it needs more variety, the mattress and pillow were hard. All in all, it’s OK. "
