The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, coffee machine and juicer. Whether you fancy a relaxed breakfast, a quick snack or a home-cooked dinner, everything is at hand.



The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, quality bedding, storage space and a small desk, making it suitable for both relaxing and working remotely. The bedroom connects directly to the modern ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and its own heater. Efficient air conditioning provides cooling in summer and heating during cooler months.



The real highlight is the spacious and completely private rooftop terrace. Reached via a wide staircase, it offers beautiful views across the rooftops of Estoi, with glimpses of the sea and Algarve hills in the distance.
