Everything is on one level, 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of storage cupboards and 2 bathrooms, new kitchen with all appliances (also dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.), spacious living room with fireplace (cassette) (firewood included) with direct access to the sun terrace with swimming pool ( 10 x 4 ).
The swimmingpool is heated from 15 Mai till 15 September for free.
In other periods (April and October) it can be heated at 125 €/ week.
The bedrooms all have fresh bedding with lovely duvets and lots of down pillows.

There is satellite TV , HiFi music for CD and with Ipod dock.
Bleutooth music streaming available and Google ChromeCast installed.
There is also internet via free WiFi available, air conditioning cold and warm with air cleaning.

The garden is very spacious (± 4000 m2) with beautiful alfarroba's, olive and fig trees and cork oaks, the oleanders and bougainvilleas are in bloom all summer. On both sides of the house are cosy terraces with beautiful teak garden furniture and comfortable loungers.

The location is ideal for people who want peace and privacy just outside the tourist hustle and bustle but still close to everything.
Dozens of golf courses within a range of 1 hour drive. The marinas of Faro and Vilamoura can both be reached within 20 minutes.
