The property features air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.

- Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
