"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. "Super Staff, friendly, helpful and were interested in why we were staying. Last September I ruptured my Achilles Tendon, this is still causing problems and the young lady on Reception - who also had a problem with a broken arm - was extremely helpful and we had a discussion with regards to how life is very difficult with limbs that are damaged! Lovely room - although the shape led to an odd small window and a large wall that gave the impression a window had been removed! We had a lovely time...

When we arrived, it was Chloe who helped and informed us about the hotel, amenities, carpark and room booking. She is very knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe. "We stayed for a night and had a really lovely time there. We enjoyed their spa facilities and the delicious breakfast! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our 17 year old boys had tons of fun in their games room playing table tennis, snooker and giant kerplunk and also played tennis outside. We will definitely be back to visit! "
