"I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...

"The only issue was the fact that we had to pay extra for internet. This is in the listing but really should be communicated upfront and not just when checkin instructions are sent. I’d suggest bringing this up at the very beginning and include however many packages of 12GB can be used. The cabin was a bit tight for 6 people but 5 would be great. Super well maintained and close to sites."

"We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. "The property was not cleaned when we checked in. But the cleaning staff was there within 30 minutes and did a very thorough job. There were cobwebs outside and the rain gutters were clogged (and still are). Windows were dirty (and still are). The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Part of the baseboard are missing in the bathroom upstairs and there is pink mold growing in the bathtub area. The fire pit could not be lit. There are 2 dirty, rusty lounge chairs by the propane tank on the patio....
