"I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!"

"A great place to stay! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. "Attention to detail - there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and Renee was incredibly quick to address all issues. I have been to Beavercreek multiple times to visit family and have found very few places to stay with our whole family and this one was by far the best. It is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location is great, being close to the walking/running path and a fun pizza place, both within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things!"
