"Impressed with my accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, as was the kitchen area. Felt safe and secure. Online check and electronic key were seamless. No issues accessing building or room. I also left a jacket behind after checking out. I contacted the staff and arranged for them to post this home to me. I was incredibly grateful for their help. Kept in contact and informed. "

"Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. "Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"There were no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom only a rail under a small shelf which only had 4 coathangers. Perhaps 2 small bedside drawers would help a little and a small chest of drawers under the rail. We didn't have a tea towel which I think could possibly have been an oversight by the cleaner and maybe a small amount of milk so we could have a drink on arrival although we did have some biscuits."
