Large 6 bedroom luxury holiday home in the Cotswolds with a hot tub - Folly View

Folly View is a luxurious barn conversion which has been creatively renovated to accommodate 12+2 guests across six well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The downstairs space is plentiful with an open plan kitchen and dining space which opens out onto a large patio, home to a wood fired hot tub where you can enjoy views across the farm and countryside. Beyond the comfort of the barn, Camden Farm hosts plenty of activities for all to enjoy from paddle boarding, BBQ's along the river Thames and table football.

Should you wish to increase the size of your party, why not book Folly View along with Aurora, a shepherds hut located just in front of Folly View. For more information and aerial footage of Camden Farm, please take a look at our Larger Estates page here.

Accommodation
This six bedroom holiday accommodation in Radcot, near Lechlade-on-Thames is ideally suited for larger groups of family and friends looking for a luxurious countryside stay. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Additional facilities
Camden Farm Barns comprises seven properties in total and boasts a large estate complete with football pitch and canopy covered open games space, great for rainy day activities including ping pong and table football. Being just a short walk from the river, during spring and summer guests can rent a paddle board or hire the ex-MOD truck, 'The Goose', which sits on the riverbank, great for a picnic or BBQ. From August 2025, a six-person infrared sauna with shower will be available (see Finer Details).
All of these facilities are offered on a complimentary basis, and are bookable upon arrival at Camden Farm Barns, subject to availability and weather conditions.


Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 14 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by four additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided
Off street parking is available for up to 6 cars
2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £60 per booking per dog. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs

Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove from October to April only
Folly View is part of a larger estate Camden Farm where there are neighbouring holiday lets and farm machinery from time to time
Use of the additional facilities is provided for guests’ enjoyment on a complimentary basis, bookable on arrival and subject to availability
The sauna can be booked for an hour’s slot between 9am and 8pm, subject to availability and safety guidelines
Guests are requested to bring their own towels to use the hot tub, sauna and paddle boards

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Arrivals between Monday 16th September and Saturday 12th October 2025 will require 10 days’ notice to ensure the properties can be made ready

Excellent welcome pack, if I hadn’t taken the essentials I would not have had,to worry, everything we would need was at the house. Excellent service.The house is beautifully equipped and very comfortable.

Overall lovely, clean and comfortable. Some comments though A) Need additional signpost in the lane to get to the property B) the hottub was difficult to operate to get the correct temperature at the time we wanted to use it. An initial set up of the correct amount of wood in the stove would help as would more guidance of how long to leave and how much wood needed before water is at a comfortable temperature C) a couple of the showers were too hot to wash hair in , thermostat couldn't cool water down enough

A simply wonderful stay

We had such a lovely time at Folly View. It’s set in a lovely location, and is really well-laid out. We were a group of families and having such a lovely outside space and open plan inside space was perfect. Can’t fault it.

Excellent property!

Folly View is a very well configured and thought-out property, with everything finished to a high standard. It gave everyone in the extended family group their own comfortable en-suite bedroom and the large shared space was great for cooking, eating and games. The more secluded lounge was a bonus - as was the hot tub! A small electrical problem was fixed straight way, after a quick phone call, so very good service as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
