Upon arrival in my room, I found several unclean spots, including stains, dirt, and grime, a previous tenant's tissue on the door, etc. I have photo and video proof, and I am very unhappy with this.
I am honestly terrified of my stay here now because it feels very unclean, like the workers didn't bother to do anything other than make the bed. No high-touch surfaces were cleaned. There are very visible spots everywhere that are dirty. I am disgusted with the state of our room. Travel lodge refused to do anything about refunding or even acknowledging the issues of our room.
I will never stay here again. A business should be ashamed of themselves to allow such atrocious lack of cleaning happen, as well as to have such lazy and incompetent employees. This business should be shut down.
