A refined porch with sliding glass doors embraces the villa; air-conditioned and furnished with a large table, it provides the perfect setting for meals in any season. The exterior areas are designed to offer the utmost relaxation and conviviality: two gazebos with comfortable sofas, a hot tub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas barbecue, grill and wood-fired oven. Additional amenities include a hammock, football table, table tennis and an external sound system that sets the perfect mood for poolside days and evenings al fresco. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of the main villa and dependance. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.
