A comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to six people, located on the ground floor of a historic building belonging to one of the oldest families of sailors in Fano (whose names are listed at the entrance to the house). It boasts an enviable location in a quiet and secluded setting, yet is close to the city’s historic center—easily reachable on foot—and just a few dozen meters from Fano’s marina and the beach with its amenities. Parking space included!



The 72-square-meter apartment, featuring a private entrance, is located on the ground floor of a building and is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living area with a double sofa bed, split AC, and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, wardrobe, split AC, and TV

- Bedroom II with a sofa bed, a single loft bed, and a closet + en suite bathroom with a shower stall and toilet with handheld showerhead

- Bathroom outside the bedrooms with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Patio furnished with a table and 6 chairs.



Reserved parking space available in front of the entrance.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, washing machine, high chair for children, wall-mounted safe, mosquito screens, video intercom, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Fano Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

The apartment is located in the harbor and seaside area of the city of Fano, in a spot that’s perfect for both a relaxing stay and a more active vacation: it is situated on a quiet street away from the busiest and noisiest roads, yet just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach and the most popular nightlife spots, and a mere ten-minute walk from the city’s historic center. From this location, you can also reach all the most famous destinations along the Romagna and Marche coasts, as well as the picturesque villages of the inland region, in just a few minutes by car. The charming fish market and the town’s renowned traditional restaurants are also within easy reach. All essential amenities are within easy walking distance: the nearest convenience store is within 400 meters, and a café and pharmacy are within 600 meters.
