Our property manager Tim is nearby to assist in any way. We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Individual renting the house needs to be at least 25 years of age. If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $1,000 to cover damages.
