The private lift brings you straight into the apartment, where an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes the most of the marina views. In the lounge area, two two-seater sofas, a feature armchair, coffee table, sideboard, and Smart TV create a comfortable space to sit back after days by the coast, with sliding patio doors opening out to the rooftop terrace. The kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar with three stools, plus an oak oval dining table with seating for six, making it easy to gather for relaxed meals with the water in view. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, marina views, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom also has marina views, along with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as a twin on request. The third bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
