"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"

"This was a scam. Do NOT book this place. I was left stranded with my 2 year old 4 hours away and no where to stay! I tried contacting the host 2 days prior and never got any response. Even called Vrbo and they were able to get ahold of these either! Again DO NOT book this place! "

"We had a great stay! The home was very clean and check-in was easy with the door code. It’s conveniently located near Safeway for groceries and was well-stocked with coffee and creamer, which was a nice touch. Perfect base for exploring Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, and Lassen. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect location for fishing Hat Creek! Enjoyed the spaciousness of the kitchen and living area with 2 couches, and the deck for wildlife viewing and stargazing. Gracious hosts were very responsive to questions. Wonderful home base for our trips to Burney Falls and Lassen National Park. Would definitely stay again!"

"The cabin has very nice location. Back yard has a creek with peaceful landscape to relax. It is close to Burney fall and Mc Cloud falls so it is convenient for my family to visit the falls. The neigborhood is quiet"
