Apartment Matala is one of four units in the beautifully renovated "The Artist House". The name of the house stands for Manolis' loving artistic work that has gone into this 118-year-old mansion. With his fascinating ideas and many sustainable materials, a true work of art has been created. As soon as you enter the impressive hallway, you can feel the magic of this wonderful old stone building.
On the covered terrace behind the house, a far-reaching view of the natural property of approx. 2000 sqm, the village and the Messara plain awaits you. All guests of the total of three studios + one apartment can meet here.

The Artist Apartment House is centrally located in the village Pitsidia, so that everything is within walking distance. For example, you can have a great breakfast at the "Onira" and end the evening with a good glass of wine in one of the many delicious restaurants.

It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beach, and only five minutes by car.

There are music events on the village square twice a week. These evenings have a great atmosphere.
