"Room was small but well equipped and great for my needs, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing."

"Lovely building and room with a brilliantly big bed and view out of the balcony. There were just a couple of points which made it less than perfect. The waterfall shower was great however the normal shower head did not work which was irritating as I wanted to keep my hair dry. It was also advertised with Expedia as having a continental breakfast included. This was not the case. We had 2 small bottles of orange juice and a couple of small packets of cereal (like you find in a variety pack)...

"Clean room, very helpful attentive staff. The amenities were those expected of a b&b. Our only qualms about our stay was there was no offer of remuneration re: the boiler having broken down."

"I loved my stay the room was clean tidy and neat and loads of space and the staff were lovely very kind friendly and welcoming and loved how the staff refilled my coffee milk sugar without having to ask for more Will go again and fully recommend staying at the bayside and right on the beach "

"When we arrived expecting to stay in an annex as per the image on Expedia, we were instead in a room in the main house. We took this up with the proprietor who agreed to cancel with no cost. We took this at face value and stayed elsewhere. On checking our bank account on 24 Sept we saw that we had been charged. We called the property but were told we need to take this up with Expedia. Very disappointed."

"Excellent as a base for golfing which was my purpose - rooms clean and have all requirements needed. Excellent breakfast in the clubhouse with helpful staff."

"Room was well equipped and spotless. Set in the most beautiful setting. The restaurant and bar as so perfect you never want to leave. To top it off the staff could not be lovelier - genuinely couldn’t do more to make us more comfortable and at home."

"I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain...

"The staff were great the room was great,but the breakfast was a not a fry up but a continental breakfast and I think it should be mentioned as the advert says great breakfast and should have described it correctly "
