Initially happy to be upgraded to room 102 Suite, but is was very unsanitary and poorly maintained. Fingerprints, dust, and debris on doors, mirrors, counters, and furniture. "Pink" water on counter when I moved the soap dispenser and plastic kleenex holder. Refrigerator dirty inside. Discovered dirty sheets on the Q bed in the bedroom. Spots of dark dried debris on the fitted sheet. Several times attempted calls to front desk and received busy signal each time. When I went to the front desk several times no one came, even when I ran the bell. Front desk staff was helpful with towels, washcloths, receipts when they were there. Last morning of my stay the kitchen had run out of sausage and fruit. The dining area was also littered with debris on tables. Kitchen staff just sitting around some of the time. The cold water dispenser in the lobby ran dry and after asking the front desk to fix it, it was still dry and blinking 2 hours later. Water in the gym was also almost gone but we were able to fill a couple water bottles before we left on our trip. The biggest disappointment though was the lack of cleanliness.I had to wipe down the entire room and didn't find the dirty sheets until it was late and ready to climb in to sleep. Really unacceptable. I did not mention this to the front desk because I never felt like there was a manager on duty except for possibly when I initially checked in. Seemed otherwise just young people manning the front desk.
