"Room carpet was torn up, wife tripped on it. Phones didn't work. Even messaged front desk with zero answer. No crib or pack and play as advertised. Even i asked i got laughed at."

"It was so bad that we just left after entering the room, there were far too many issues to believe it could be easily fixed, or that another room would have been much better. Of note, there was only one other car in the parking lot, not sure why they would give us such a bad room (if there were others that were better). Problems: door lock broken/loose, BIG gap under the door, bugs crawling on the ac unit, on the bed, flying, the room was stuffy when we entered and had a weird smell, the ceiling...

"The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins...

"Breakfast was nice. Side table was not on bracket correctly and fell on my wife’s foot, broke a toe and ripped anouther toenail off. Should’ve been noticed by staff cleaning before us."

"Nice basic hotel and decent price. Staff almost never at front desk. My key card didn't work on checkout day, and I finally had to call police to get hold of staff to let me into room to get luggage. Other than staff never being around, a pleasant experience."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff were rude to me over the phone! I tried to help a homeless person out by getting them a room for the week at this establishment. She had been in the room previously. She dyed her hair and the motel refused to allow her to remain in the room because of a few stains in the tub. Stains she agreed to scrub out. The hotel REFUSED to let her stay there and they refused to refund me what I paid. They were using that to repaint the tub. Damage from a previous reservation she had....

"If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the...
