"This was a weekend get away for me and my adult sons. I had spent a lot of time in WV (mostly caving) when I was in my 20's like them and love the area. We had a wonderful time and the Bear Valley Cabin was our home away from home. The house had everything we needed including a grill for our foil packs and steaks, a fire pit to sit around at night as well as the chairs with oil lamp to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds in the morning and evening. "Stayed at the Escape Pod while helping our son move into his apartment in Morgantown. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The pod is such a unique, fun place to stay. Loved the attention to detail throughout. Comfy beds, great kitchen, lots of outdoor seating. The hot tub is a great extra. Will definitely stay again!"

"We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...

It's a nice apartment with enough space that we could (all 4 of us) have some private space to decompress and relax before continuing on our travels. The property was easy to get to, and Morgantown was a nice place to make a stop and have a short visit. We loved the artwork in the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were great. "
