"Unique property. Kids loved it. The “house” was smaller than the photos represented, but it was still big enough. The property is loud. Expect really squeaky floors, doors, and furniture. If you are adults traveling with kids, just beware that the bed in the adult bedroom is very noisy, if you know what I mean. The jacuzzi tub is REALLY loud. Like a person couldn’t hear the TV in the sitting room over the roar of the jacuzzi. Kitchen is well-equipped and the decor is cute."

"A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place"

"The staff was Amazing and very respectful. The room we had was beautiful, the only thing was the bathroom was just the toilet and shower in a very small bathroom and sink outside the bathroom. The breakfast was OK, Many choices but only hot choice was waffle. Also no elevator and we were scheduled for 3rd floor. But the front desk accommodating and relocated us for easy access on main floor. Traveling with someone being 83 yrs old made it much easier."

"We enjoyed a quick getaway at the GG Barnum Mansion. The property was beautiful and quiet, and our room was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely, and we enjoyed a muffin and coffee on our way out. We would have enjoyed using the sauna if we had had a bit more time. "

"This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room. I loved this place and will stay in the future."

"Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the...
