Smelly with cigarette smoke. Alarm clock was broken. No replacement or apologies. Towels delivery extremely slow. No facial tissues , no stationary or pen. Rooms was filled with cigarettes smoke , no other room was offered. I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK.

nothing good about the place. black mold in shower area, had to use a butter knife to shut the door, front desk just said to slam it hard or do the best we could, phone didn't work they know about it.web site said there was a free breakfast but no food just rut gut coffee. no discount or a sorry for the problems. NEVER stay there again.

This time we stay in one of the renovated rooms. More comfortable and much better pillows. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting us a ground floor room with two beds.

Hotel was easy to find. First disappointment was the news of no daily buffet breakfast which is clearly listed as a hotel ammenity. Rooms have a kitchen so he told us to make our own breakfast!. In room was terrible carpet stains, torn blinds like a tiger had been in the room, mold all along the bathtub, no tub stopper, stained washcloths, no hand towels, no kitchen cloths or soap for cleaning surfaces, no potholders, and no instructions for the stove top to work (just turning the knobs doesnt turn them on). Hoped to spend multiple weekends here when attending 3 day baseball games but wont be back. Its a cheap place but not comfortable risking our health over all the bad things there.

Very disappointing experience but staff was nice!
The staff was very nice, but most likely overworked. I felt like I got the old switcharoo because I booked it after reading it’s reviews and its rating was 8.5/10, but it was FAR from that unfortunately.

Please AVOID. IRRITATING Service
I asked the front desk manager for refilling some of the dishes during breakfast & here is the reply - "I will NOT refill the breakfast...Leave a review if you want", you can imagine the kind of service this hotel provides. He hides the guest sensor (that rings a bell in the office) during breakfast hours & conveniently vanishes till 10 am. Do they think we are beggars staying in your hotel wanting to eat the expired bread and muffins? This guy is just not fit to be in any job. The owners unfortunately do not know what smile is. They have a plastic face through the day even if you wish them. The cleaning ladies are the only people who at least empathize with you. Thrash can in gym is not cleaned for 5 days and holds beer bottles sending out stinkers. Bath rooms is in a pathetic condition with molds & wall papers coming off on all sides. They provide some of the cheapest toiletries, probably just for the sake of fulfilling statutory requirement. Over all it was disappointing & more so very irritating experience, esp during breakfast.

The property is worn down, with doors and painted walls chipped. There were bugs, the hallways and room had a terrible odor that they attempted to cover with a perfumed Febreze smell. The bedspread was stained, had spots of food on it, as well as hair.

The only thing that was wrong with this place was 2 things...breakfast used to be great now we have to go out because they do not have the big breakfast since covid hit. The other thing is there is still riff raff in the hotel. My husband was walking to our room when a woman approached him to help her. She was in a fight with her man. She was hitting him and he was hitting back. He just walked away. The last time we stayed there we had to witness a young man being carried out if the room in a body bag. He was an overdose. We like the location because it is close to family but might be going somewhere else because of these problems

Find Something Better
We checked in and struggled to find our room since a point and 'up there' was all that was offered. The hotel had a strange smell throughout and was just dingy and not well lit. Bedding was stained, carpet wasn't clean, drapes were torn. All outside doors were consistently propped open. Pool looked green and wasn't maintained at all. Fitness equipment didn't even work. Half the TV stations didn't work. Customer service was lacking. Our key stopped working at one point. The restaurant wasn't even open. Dogs were allowed, which I thought was cute at first until our neighbor decided to bark at all hours-both dog and its owners. This was embarrassing to bring my son to, as he and I had to 'fix' certain things in our room. Right as we walked in the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling and beeping. I adjusted the batteries and adjusted it so that it was actually screwed into the structure. The toilet wasn't working at first, so I managed to fix that, too. Also, in our haste to leave we left headphones. Called almost as soon as we were home and never received our promised call back. Just all around a disappointment in an otherwise okay trip.

I had no idea that hotel was under construction. The showers had rust and yellow water coming out of the taps. The doors to the exterior of the buildingWe’re not secure.

They put my room at the very end of all the construction that was on going and neglected to tell us that it was happening I had to go back to the office three times to get a key to work

Hotel is difficult to find, access road has multiple potholes. Everything is dated, not very clean. Sheets had stains on them. Refrigerator in the room is very noisy. Bathroom has mold. Location is very quiet however

Hotel from the outside looks like a trap house. You can tell there’s drug activity going on their. It’s old although they’re doing repairs to it you can’t tell. Construction starts at 6 am so you do get to sleep in

Layout of the building was quite unique with one sing undergoing extensive upgrades. We had an end room which was nice. Only complaint is ice machines were down and it was a very long walk to front desk to get ice. Also there are no elevators so if disabled, you should request first floor. Overall nice, clean, very affordable place to stay with very nice staff!

Everything was going fine until 10:45 when some rude women bust in my door unannounced, asking”Are you checking out today”. An obvious invasion of privacy was’nt even followed up with a apology of any sort. Did I mention checkout is at 12. She woke me, scared the hell out of me, and has me wondering about all sorts of security issues. I will not be staying again being that all she had to do was call my room...Shady to say the least

The property was extremely dirty. The construction crew they hired to finish the hotel spent every night I was there smoking cigarettes and pot and partying extremely loudly. It was like a frat house. Really bad environment for a family because they repeatedly became hostile towards my husband. I would avoid this hotel.

This place is terrible ! One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. There were trash bags piled up outside at the exit doors. Trash bags in the hallway and ladders and stuff piled in the stairwells. The parking lot was dark and the far door from the lobby didn’t even have a lock on it ! This Extended Stay Hotel DID NOT even have a coffee pot in the room. The restaurant was shut down and looked like a place to store things. We went to the hotel bar and arrived to KFC trash and other trash around. The bar stools themselves were filled with drunk hotel staff and only left two chairs for “ customers “ ! There were many ceiling tiles missing. This is one of the nastiest most mismanaged overpriced hotels I’ve ever stayed at ! If you like to be disturbed by an out of date fire alarm going off in a building that has stair fire doors open or missing with trash laying around then this might be the place for you otherwise do yourself a favor and find another location to stay !!

Won't be booking here again.
We were told in advance we would be on the first floor. On arrival we were put on second floor, even after explaining my husband is disabled. There are no elevators. Good size spot of the carpet was torn up inside the room door. Appeared to have been scratched up by a dog. Kitchen had 1 spoon, 1 fork, 3 knives, 4 glasses, 2 plates, and 2 bowls. We took turns eating! Breakfast buffet was cancelled due to COVID. We were not even offered a discount from the room price, or coupons to get something elsewhere. I usually unpack our suitcases for extended stays, but the dresser drawers were falling apart. Room was pretty clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Our keys quit working almost every day, requiring us to make numerous trips to the front desk during our 6-night stay. No maid service at all unless requested at additional fee.

Wish I picked a different hotel!!
Don't waste your time or money here! First room: toilet didn’t work, mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on bed covers, AC falling apart literally. Second room was ok and livable for one night.
