"This condo was the best! The condo was so cute, very clean, and well laid out. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. There was a pier leading out to the lagoon where my boys were able to fish and my husband and I drank our coffee each morning. The location was quiet but still in close proximity to everything. The host was so sweet. She had a gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the near future! 10/10!!"

"My two daughters and I stayed this past week in 311 and really enjoyed our time there. It’s not a fancy place by any means, but was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and literally connected to the beach. We enjoyed all of the pools and of course the relaxation. If I had to give any negative feedback it would be regarding the concession stand down by the ground floor pools. "We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it! We watched dolphins every morning from our balcony. It was clean and checking in was a breeze! Everyone was very kind and we loved being right there on the beach. My only complaint would be that their cooking pans could be upgraded. I had to go buy one so I could make breakfast- a bit frustrating as the one in the condo was junk. Other then that we loved it and would come back again. It was a great vacation spot!"

"The condo is small and so cute, perfect for two people. Location is awesome and away from the hustle and bustle of GS. The balcony offered incredible views and we had everything we needed. The entire complex was quiet, the lagoon and pool were lovely and the walk to the beach/boardwalk was super easy. Beach chairs were available in the closet, a huge plus.
