"The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to enter a complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone !!!"

"This was our third stay and we lucked out with beautiful weather. We were outside the whole time we stayed. We invited our good friends who stayed for a night and they loved the place too. "The property was very nice, clean, cozy and qtuie. Deck furniture needed some repairs. The actual inside was very nice, everything we needed was there. Owner left us a hummy shoofly pie. We were very comfortable. Only thing we would suggest is having tge TV in the common area, not in bedroom. No eazy for 4 adult's to watch TV on a rainy evening."

"It is important to note that this house was originally built as an Inn in 1714 if I remember correctly, so it is over 300 years old. It has had a lot of modifications since then, but what you are getting is an opportunity to essentially sleep in a museum. "The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!"

Conveniently located near the marina restrooms/showers, which were clean and well kept and provide a nice option for someone my size (6'5").Located just a couple short blocks from the Susquehanna Seafood and Wine Festival at Concord Point Park.We would stay here again.
