This home has what you need to enjoy Lake St. Clair! First Toys! we have a 13 passenger pontoon boat equipped with a water chariot (better than a tube), and a flotation pad that will hold 1500 lbs, a lot of fun when your rafting! You'll be able to spend some great time at Munchies' bay, boat to a restaurant, see a sunset from the water, or fish!

We have a jetski at Swan River for your enjoyment-promise 1, usually have 2. Also, we have 4- 8 foot kayaks for you to explore the Swan Creek, St John's Marsh, and the other water trails in the area. Next, space--Swan River Haven is on 2 lots, which means you could probably park 6 or more cars, and have a little more room and privacy. We have 160 feet of seawall, which means you have 160 feet to tie up boats! We have Power at the dock too! The house is on Swan Creek, and also on a canal, two different water views and uses! The young kids just love to kayak in the canal, and the shallow water and easy view makes it easy to supervise them. We prefer check ins on any day other than Sunday, but we do accommodate .

If born after 1978, you have to have a watercraft safety license to operate any boat with a motor. It is easy to get, one from your state or province acceptable. We will show you how to operate our boat, and the lake land marks. Great sport fishing in the area, Walleye, Small and Large mouth bass, Perch, Pike, etc. Many restaurants, most reasonably priced, are nearby, some accessible by boat. We have a completely remodeled kitchen with with white ornamental granite, new appliance, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the gear. Fully equipped kitchen means, a blender to make your smoothies, a Keurig for your coffee and hot chocolate (we have K-cup pods for your use), regular Mr. Coffee coffee maker (we have coffee/filters provided), hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel pots and pans, assortment of baking pans, hotel style waffle maker, crockpot and deep fryer. We have a washer and dryer for your use (along with soap etc) We have a grill and griddle and if needed we can have a electric smoker and turkey fryer!!! We have 2 bedrooms --- 1st one has 2-queen size beds and 2nd has 1-queen size and 1 twin size bed. Living room has not 1 but 2 queen sleeper sofas with and extra 1.5" of gel memory foam for your comfort. Both Bedrooms have 43 inch smart tv's. The Living room has a large 65 inch Vizio Smart tv.! State Park nearby by with pistol, skeet, and archery ranges. International border with Canada only 10 miles away. Detroit, is less than an hour, and arts, sports, museums , and culture are there. WE ARE UNABLE TO HAVE ANY PETS!

IF YOU'RE BOOKING OUR HOME WITH THE PONTOON/JETSKIS, OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES US TO ORIENTATE YOU TO THE BOATS. WE PROVIDE AN INITIAL ORIENTATION WITH EVERY RENTAL. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL ORIENTATIONS, THERE IS A $100.00 FEE. BEST TO HAVE "ALL" YOUR GUESTS ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AND YOU WILL NOT INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL ORIENTATION FEES.

NOTE: We pull all watercraft out of the water from October 1st to May 1st, so they will not be available during this time period.
