Podere Le Vigne is completely surrounded by its wine producing vineyards and is immersed among the gentle and green Umbrian hills. Experience a true Italian villa vacation with spetacular views and total peace and tranquility, whilst at the same time, close to all local amenities and minutes from local shops, bars, restaurants and the highway. The main Umbrian and Tuscan historic cities are all closeby and the beautiful countryside offers stunning drives in all directions.

Interiors
The structure, built in brick and stone around 800’s, has been recently renovated respecting the original architecture. The internal traditional stone staircase takes you directly to the first (and only) floor of the property. The beautiful lobby leads to the large living room with dining room, comfortable sofa’s, Smart TV and a large fireplace. On the left there is a well-equipped kitchen with pantry items and second dining area. On this same floor there are three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom and shower, and a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. All rooms have Wi-Fi and A/C
The laundry room and service bathroom are located on the ground floor, ideal for when you’re enjoying the pool, or dining under the shaded gazebo.

Garden
The park surrounding the house is in part cultivated with lawn, shrubbery, trees for shade and is equipped with a gazebo, bbq and extends to about 1200 m².

Swimming Pool
The rectangular infinity pool measures 3 x 12 m with a depth of 1.50m. Positioned overlooking the vines and beautiful countryside, it's surrounded with lawn, plants and umbrellas for pleasant shaded areas by the pool. The pool is at guest’s disposal from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
