"Charming apartment, just right for a couple. Large courtyard with church bell and Duomo view. Basic kitchen supplies provided. Great location for all access to the city. Francesco made check in and out very easy. Just note "laundry" means in town, not in the apartment. Francesco provided us with walking directions but it's expensive. "

"Peaceful, comfortable, beautiful, and very kind hosts! We loved staying with Marida and her family, they were very welcoming and their home is stunning. It’s easy to get to several nice hill towns in the area like Montepulciano and you can walk to Pienza which was lovely (up a hill though). My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!"

"Wow!!! This property was amazing and Paolo was a wonderful host! The view of the Tuscan valley was splendid and we were met by the town bells chiming as we arrived! Paolo met us at his home, and even helped us with a taxi issue once we arrived from the train station. "This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. "The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. The facilities were as advertised and we delighted in using the pool and tennis courts. The property is perfectly situated for day trips to explore the region.
