"I am not happy about my experience just due to Marlene and her improper treatment of myself and my brothers. We came to Courtyard Marriott to be close and grieve my late sister. Marlene was abrasive and overly rude, even though we had a ton of issues in the two rooms.
Cleanliness- a dirty sock found in room, alerted staff and they didn't seem to care.
Staff- Ennis was wonderful, along with another female staff member, but Marlene was absolutely not equipped to be in customer arrive. This is...
