"Quiet, beautifully maintained small hotel in the lovely, centrally located Condesa neighborhood. Staff was friendly and attentive — particular shoutout to Carlos for welcoming us so warmly."

"Serviço excelente. Otimo apartamento, grande, muito confortável. Muito bonito! "

"Amazing place. Charming facility. Looks colonial on the outside but is modern on the inside. Clean rooms, incredibly well furnished and staff was beyond. Will absolutely stay here next time we're in CDMX. 11/10. Loved our stay here."

"Amazing hotel! It’s quiet yet in walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Condesa. Plus your 15-30 minute Uber from pretty much everything in Mexico City. The staff are super friendly and responsive to guest needs. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to come to CDMX. We’d stay here again the next time…"

"Ótimo staff e localização "

"The hotel was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, good location, great food, beautiful roof top restaurant, excellent customer service especially Jerek."

"Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila e o pessoal de limpeza e recepção foi muito amigável e flexível ao nos deixar trocar para um apartamento em um andar mais baixo já que não tem elevador no edifício e estava com meus pais de mais idade. Também nos permitiram check-out tardio por um valor extra o que foi ótimo. O lugar é limpo e as camas confortáveis. Achei um pouco perigoso o degrau entre a sala e o corredor e poderia ter alguma mesa no banheiro para colocar as coisas e ganchos para pendurar...

"Best Hotel Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We travel at least 2–3 times a year, and this has by far been our best hotel experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. The location was perfect, and the value for the money was excellent. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for...

"Tudo maravilhoso "

"The positive things I can say about this stay was that it was in a good neighborhood, close to the main areas. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Check in process was also simple. However, there is NO AC, only a portable fan which didn’t do much. We profusely sweat every night and barely slept. The only rooms with AC are the penthouses which were occupied. Next, the towels smelled like mildew and didn’t feel fresh. The shower leaked with every use, leading to flooding...

"The hotel is not cozy at all and needs to improve big time. I had 2 reservations and ended up cancelling the second for the night of the 22nd and moved to Casa Cuenca where I really felt like I was staying at a boutique hotel, for a cheaper fee ($194 as opposed to $226). Here are my comments on what you need to improve to deliver the value on your fee: - Suite lightning is terrible and does not create a cozy environment. It's dark but not in a nice way and lacks indirect lightning - Both bed...

"A estadia foi incrível! as acomodações sao exatamente como das fotos, tudo funcionando, ótima qualidade, banheiro excelente e muito limpo. Alem disso a localização é incrível, perto de diversos cafes e facil acesso na cidade. Destaco ainda a receptividade da equipe, sempre muoto solicita e atenta. super recomendo e gostaria muito de voltar! "
